Commonly seen around heratage lines these days as they sit inline with a point turnout and used in rail yards or depot sidings where electricty had not been implented.

The dummy point levers will add realism on your layout by giving a more authentic look to your scene.

Our Recommendation

Although these are strong and precise models, the following tip below will help you extend their lifespan.

Top Tip:
To avoid accidental damage during layout use, we recommend not fixing them permanently with strong glue. As they can be easily knocked, permanent fixing may cause breakage.

• A good method is to align the lever with your points and glue the ballast around it.
• After around 10 minutes, remove the lever to allow the area to fully set.
• Once replaced, the lever will sit neatly in it's position but will fall over if knocked, rather than breaking.
• For adhesion we would recommend a small dab of PVA to hold in place.
